100% delighted with the care I received from Mr Ramsay for a recent hysterectomy. From the first appointment he was very welcoming, cheerful and reassuring, which put me completely at ease and I felt straightaway that I could trust his expertise and professionalism. His explanations were clear and honest, setting out the possible options, outcomes and timescales, which enabled me to make an informed choice about my operation and recovery. Clearly a very skilful surgeon, the scar was very neat and he took the trouble to call in regularly after the operation to check I was recovering well. After such a positive experience I cannot recommend him too highly.

Excellent preparatory information given and easy to talk to - listened to and responded to my concerns with care and interest. He is persuasive without being in any way intimidating or domineering. His generally cheerful attitude left me feeling positive about the outcome both pre- and post-operation. I am very pleased to have been under his care, and with the convalescence progressing well, am delighted with the obviously very good job that he did.

Mr Ramsey has a wonderful, reassuring manner. He was very patient with all my questions and I feel answered them honestly and in a very non-scary way. I had never had an operation before and found Mr Ramsey wonderfully reassuring and down to earth I couldn't recommend him more highly and if I ever had any other issues I would want to be referred back to him as I feel he is completely trustworthy and unlike some Consultants I have been in the past actually answers questions and in a way that is easy to understand
